Furthermore, this technology should be understandable and accessible. Lea makes this possible.

With bright vision of the future Robot Care Systems (RCS) is a subsidiary of Robots Robot Company (RRC) , which strives to make robotics available to both businesses and organizations as consumers and institutions. Such high goals cannot be achieved alone. The 25 highly trained employees of RCS gladly collaborate with research partners from universities and research institutes and business partners from home and abroad. Decisiveness and a bright and vison of the future characterize our products; that is why we are also actively looking for distributors and sales channels for Lea, both nationally and internationally. We strive not only to develop and construct robots:  we want to make sure Lea becomes part of the whole world!

Technical Service Engineer

Job description

As our Technical service engineer, you will be supporting production (outsourced), testing and servicing of our care robot Lea (Lean Empowering Assistant) and will be working closely together with our operational team and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support production
  • Testing of production models
  • Servicing customers in the field
  • Repair of robots
  • Prepare pre-assemblies and test equipment
  • Coordinate firmware and software updates
  • Sourcing and purchase (proto) parts
  • Administration of purchase orders and inventory management

Qualifications:

  • Minimal MBO degree in (electrical) engineering or comparable
  • Advanced computer knowledge
  • Preferably experience with software development / Linux
  • Experience with software version control
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with robots is a pre

Financial Administrator

To further expand our team of ambitious professionals we are looking for a Financial Administrator who will be responsible for our financial administration.

We are looking for an experienced financial administrator who can independently run the full administration. In this position you will be involved on a coordinating and executive level on a daily basis, which means a lot of flexibility but also a high level of commitment. You will also support in matters such as Office, ICT and HR.

Your key duties are:

  • Process incoming invoices and expense reports
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Salary administration (outsourced)
  • Process payments and bank receipts
  • Billing to customers
  • Inventory management
  • Debit and credit control
  • Prepare tax filing
  • Contact window for external accountant

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with Unit 4 Multivers (online) is a must
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent control of the English language, in speech and writing.
  • Is pro-active and has an independent, flexible and diligent work attitude

Experience in an international environment and a startup is a plus. You have a solid understanding of accounting principles. You are result driven and like getting things done as quickly as possible, in a smart and accurate way. This is a part-time job – working hours are flexible.
